provides a specialist Hand Help PDA for monitoring facilities management services both Hotel and Etsates services currently incoporated include:

• Domestic Services (cleaning)
• Estates
• Catering
• Security
• Grounds

The system is compatible with NHS Cleaning Standards, Patient Catering questionaires and the Security Management Service.

Operatinal Systems

The system utilises specialist software to transfer data back and forward between computer and PDA, utilising Microsoft ActiveSync. With data and charts being displayed in an Access datatbase. All of which means that once purchased no other systemts are required!

Score - these can be linked to Contract and may include weighting

Each question can:
Pass (acceptable, score 1)
Fail(Unacceptable score 0)
Warning (requires an Action Plan but still receives a pass)
Not applicable (Excluded from the score)

Locations

The system utilises a unique format to provide a heirachal structure to move from organisation, buildings and floors down to individual rooms and their function. this can be developed on sire within less than an hour, but altered as often as required. there is no need for detailed site analysis to populate the system. the configuration starts with "Site" enabling more than one Trust to be incoporated.
